The staff here are truly exceptional, from the security guard to the front desk staff, they were all excellent. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, providing us with enhanced comfort during our stay. The housekeeping standards here are top-notch, ensuring that the rooms are always clean and well-maintained. The breakfast served here is simply excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The hotel's location, tucked away from the busy street, creates a serene and peaceful ambiance that adds to the overall experience.

The staff at this place were extremely loyal and accommodating throughout our stay, making our experience here truly enjoyable and memorable; additionally, the nearby Forum neighbourhood mall was conveniently located just 1 km away, making it easily accessible even on foot.

Swimming pool was out of order & the studio rooms were very very small,apart from that there was a payment issue problem as according to me I have paid 100% amt by my Cr card but on the time of checkout hotel demanded payment,I have to send the payment by bank transfer ,it was very embrassing.

the hotel is good but there is one restaurant in the hotel and the city was too traffic .

This place is a great starting point for exploring the city of Bangalore.

It would be helpful to have a better range of smaller meals and snacks in the evening for those who have eaten at lunch time.

- Stayed between 4th Oct to 13-Oct - Housekeeping did not clean room daily even after repeatedly escalating - Had to call Housekeeping daily once I got back from work and fight with them to get the bed linen changed - Incompetent staff and supervisors - Last day I slept at 1245 in the night as they changed linen only by then - Got attention from Management only in the last day of stay - I moved out one day before as I couldn't take the bad bed linen and torn pillow covers. - Kitchen staff also not good. I asked for extra salad and they refused. I was ready to pay extra. - Even the taxi service was rubbish, the Air conditioning did not work and the driver was smelly and sweaty. - They charge a lot and give service worse than Premier inn or Ginger hotels.

The hotel is situated at a convenient distance from the road, reducing street noise. The staff is friendly and provided a complimentary room upgrade when available. Room and bedding were cleaned and tidy, and the restaurant food was delicious. Guests appreciated the spaciousness of the outdoor area and the restaurant during events.

Balconies were dusty and required better cleaning.

The apartments were spacious and well-designed with a nice kitchenette and utensils to cook with. The lounge was a great place to relax after a long day out and about. Location was great for dining out and walking around the area. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

The washroom was cramped and small and there were not many vegetarian options in the restaurant. The shared swimming pool was a bit of a bummer.

Warm and welcoming staff. Free high speed internet. Good breakfast selection. Clean and well maintained.

Very very far off from main city. Nearly one and a half hours from airport. Most cab drivers don't know this place.

Everything went really well. Hotel staff were kind enough to upgrade my room to a suite as they could not find me a queen-size bed otherwise. They were also kind enough to let me check-out at 4 pm at no extra charge. Staff very genuinely friendly . Overall, had a comfortable stay with no disturbances.

In-room dining options could have been more. The balcony in the suite could possibly have been kept dust free. Bathroom could have been a little bigger.

The hotel stay was great. They provided laundry service and room service on time. The rooms were very spacious, with a hall, kitchen, and a balcony. The location was perfect as it was near the supermarket. Public transportation, like buses and cabs, were available. One of the best things about the hotel was the helpfulness of the staff. The housekeeping guy was friendly and nice. the experience was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about the hotel. The only thing I would recommend is that the hotel should provide more variety in their food menu.

Relaxed and professional. Plenty of room for young kids to play and enjoy in the suit. Excellent facilities (except for the swimming pool).
